July 1st has a unique place in Canadian media history. On this day in 1927 the CBC broadcast their signal to the nation for the very first time. In 1958 Canada was united through the first cross country television broadcast and on July 1, 1966 Canadians saw their country on the tube in color from coast to coast.
And by July 1, 2012, another great Canadian network will launch nationally. After a successful pilot test in Vancouver, Ayoudo will be rolling out to 50 cities and neighbourhoods in all 10 provinces. The rollout will take place over a week and begins today. As of June 25th we are live in The Maritimes. So if you’re in Newfoundland, Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or PEI become a founding member of your local Ayoudo community by signing up today.

Canadians can find out when Ayoudo is coming to their town by checking the schedule or by signing up on the web. The site is free to use and members can become part of the network using Facebook or their email address.
Welcome to Ayoudo – from Marie our Director of Community Engagement
