Environment Canada has issued an Arctic outflow warning for Metro Vancouver that will reportedly produce wind-chill values near -20 Celsius.
The Eastern Fraser Valley is currently experiencing frigid temperatures, strong outflow winds and local blowing.
Conditions are expected to worsen into the evening and Wednesday morning, according to Environment Canada reports.
